That is just what happened
to Takara.
She was already disenchanted
with the medical and pharmaceutical world because they had
failed miserably at improving her own health and the health
of many others she observed.
As she delved
into alternative therapies to solve her own health issues,
she discovered the power of nutrition, meditation, aromatherapy,
energy medicine, flower essences, crystals, Reiki, sound
healing, time in silence and in nature, and their ability
to not only improve health, but life in general. After suffering
since birth with debilitating allergies and a compromised
immune system, these technologies, and the resulting improvement
in health she experienced, completely changed her life.
In the middle of these
improvements, dolphins began to spontaneously appear in
her meditations. They began working with her energetically
causing improvements in every aspect of her life.
Her focus became ways
to share with others the extraordinary healing she had experiencing
herself.
Industrial Engineers
improve systems. That is how they are trained and
that is inately what Takara does.
On the trip home after
taking a Reiki Level I class, she began receiving (an intuitive
inner knowing) about new and expanded ways to use Reiki
energy.
Similarly, after she
attended a weekend flower essence practitioner's course,
she receved a process for upgrading and enhancing
flower and gem essences and other energy elixirs
- taking them to a whole new level of power and effectiveness.
Using this new technology,
she began creating Dancing Dolphin Flower Essences
from wildflowers growing on a sacred mountain in Southern
California in 1998.
Since then she has gone
on to create nearly a hundred energy elixirs in the form
of flower essences, gem essences, blends, essences with
a numerology signature, essences of sound, essences for
particular realms of energy such as Faerie, Mer, and Camelot,
custom blends for individuals and groups, aromatherapy roll-ons,
and much more.

There is quite literally

In addition to essences,
Takara assists others in improving their lives and their
health through products she recommends and through her words
as the author of numerous books, as an international teacher,
and through her email newsletter. She offers private energy
sessions and teaches transformational workshops on land
and at sea.
She continues to receive
insight from the dolphin realm and other sources of Divine
wisdom and has included many of the technologies
for empowerment, healing and enlightenment in Freeway

and her other books.
She is currently writing
several new books - on pregnancy and childbirth, on fitness,
on getting more in tune with the natural world, and more.
She and her husband,
Raven, co-founded Spirit
of Nature in 2000. Through this company, they
(primarily Raven) offer individual and group facilitation,
private ceremonies including weddings and native american
sweat lodge, teaching circles, and sacred journeys in nature.

is now read in over 80 countries.

dolphin swims with Roberta Goodman and other
experiential workshops through Forchianna.
Takara lives near Santa
Fe, New Mexico with her husband, Raven, her son, Jess, and
their two dogs, Spirit and Moochi.
